AI Training for Companies
Understand artificial intelligence
and put it to work in 1 or 2 days
Your teams hear about AI, sometimes try a few tools, but still struggle to put it to use in ways that are clear, useful, and right for your organization. A Catalia training sets clear guideposts, demystifies what AI can actually do, and embeds your first practical use cases, tailored to your SMB or mid-market company.
They chose Catalia to enter the AI era
Understanding AI is good. Knowing how to use it in your daily work is better.
A keynote opens the topic. Training makes it stick. By working directly on your own business use cases, your teams walk away with practical habits, instincts they keep, and a shared frame, not a slide deck they forget the next day.
Grounded in your reality
Use cases built around your roles, your sector, and your tools, not generic examples.
Practice first
We test, we experiment, we make mistakes together. Learning happens through practice, not theory.
Measurable
Progress is measured in skills acquired, not in immediate satisfaction. What matters is what your teams do differently afterward.
Training co-built with you, around your needs
The 1-day AI training lays the essentials: understand AI, identify its practical use cases, and make the first practices safe. The 2-day AI training goes further, putting your teams to work on their own use cases to turn understanding into practical use.
We also design bespoke AI training programs, tuned to roles, maturity level, and the objectives of each organization.

What surfaced overnight, the open questions, and what we will dig into today.
Advanced prompting
Advanced techniques tuned to your roles: personas, constraints, prompt chains. We drill until it works.
Hands-on work on your real use cases
Each participant works on their own business topics. We guide, correct, and surface the use cases that fit.
Drills & iterations
We repeat, we refine, we compare approaches. The goal: everyone leaves with an instinct, not a theory.
Best practices & common mistakes
A group debrief on what works, what gets stuck, and how to keep improving on your own after the training.
Individual action plan
Each participant walks away with a clear plan: 3 priority use cases, the chosen tools, the next steps.

Your Catalia trainers
At Catalia, our trainers don't just talk about AI: they use it, test it, take it apart, and put it to work across all kinds of professional settings. They bring a teacher's eye, real command of the tools, and hands-on, real-world experience.
Our trainers are also selected with real rigor: in 2025, only 15 were chosen out of 500 applicants, and every one completes a 50-hour training track before running a session, so the bar for teaching quality stays high and consistent.

Demanding, hands-on training, grounded in real work
Choosing Catalia is not just choosing AI training. It is choosing a partner who can make AI understandable, useful, and ready to put to work inside your organization.
We have worked with more than 130 companies since 2022 and trained more than 5,000 people on AI in 2025. Our teams have logged more than 10,000 hours of hands-on AI work, close to the tools, to real cases, and to the questions companies actually ask.
Our training is built to move people forward, not to impress. We help your teams grasp the fundamentals, spot the use cases that matter, test real cases, and make progress methodically, at your maturity level.
The quality of the learning experience is central to how we work. Our programs score an NPS of +76, a sign of how satisfied learners are and how often they recommend us.
Our approach
Training built
for your organization
Before designing anything, we start by understanding your real context: your sector, your roles, your tools, your starting level. The goal is simple. Every participant recognizes themselves in the examples and walks away with practices that fit them.
- A scoping conversation to surface the real need, not just the stated request
- Use cases built around the roles in your company and your sector
- A technical level tuned to your starting point, not too simple, not too complex
- In person or remote, depending on your constraints and your organization
- At the end of the training, a recommendation on the next step based on observed progress
Training is a step.
Not an end in itself.
The Catalia principle: every session fits inside a step-by-step path. We don't do one-offs. At the end of the training, we recommend a follow-up suited to where you actually stand.
To make it stick over time
Experimentation workshops
4 half-days across the year to guide your teams step by step through real use cases, tracking progress at each stage.
For the executive
Executive AI coaching
Work through the strategic questions one-on-one. Understand what AI means for your organization and make the right calls before scaling.
To organize your use of AI
Strategic partnership
An assessment of how you use AI today, an AI roadmap, and bespoke guidance to move from individual understanding to an organized rollout.
At the end of the training, Catalia shares a clear recommendation on the next steps, based on your context and the progress we have seen.
Catalia worked with us, no BS. Clear, direct, grounded in our reality. Today our teams can run with it on their own, and we see the results in daily work.
The 1-day training (Level 1) sets the basics: understanding generative AI, the tools, common use cases, best practices, and the ethical and regulatory frame. The 2-day training goes further: Day 2 is fully dedicated to hands-on practice on your real use cases, with practical drills and building an individual action plan. For more advanced organizations, Day 2 can focus on deeper, hands-on work.
Any team that wants to adopt AI in a practical, methodical way. Whether you are managers, individual contributors, project leads, or support functions, the training adapts to your starting level. No need to have used AI tools before: we start from zero if needed. It also fits organizations that have already started and want to organize how they use AI.
The training works well with 8 to 20 participants. Below that, we can push personalization further. Above that, we prefer splitting into groups to keep the quality of exchanges and hands-on exercises high. We tune the format to your organizational constraints.
Yes. Our training is available in person and remotely. The in-person format favors exchange and group dynamics, especially on Day 2 with the hands-on exercises. The remote version is fully feasible and effective for distributed or hybrid teams. We adapt the flow to the chosen format.
Every training starts with a scoping conversation. We identify your sector, your roles, your existing tools, your maturity level, and your specific challenges. Examples, use cases, and exercises are then built or tuned accordingly. The goal: every participant recognizes themselves in what they test.
The training is not an end in itself. To close, we share a readout of what was learned and a clear recommendation on the next step: quarterly experimentation workshops, executive coaching, a strategic partnership. We start from where you actually stand to propose the step that fits best, without skipping ahead.
With real rigor. In 2025, only 15 trainers were selected out of more than 500 applicants. Every one completes a 50-hour certification before running a Catalia session. We pick people who combine real-world AI expertise, solid teaching experience, and the ability to adapt how they speak to the realities of your organization.
Catalia (brand operated by Designta EURL) is currently undergoing Qualiopi certification. While we wait for the certificate, our training can be delivered through partner organizations already Qualiopi-certified, which handle the administrative side and secure eligibility for public and pooled funding (OPCO, skills-development plan). This setup, common in the French professional training sector, follows the National Quality Framework.
Concretely: we validate the administrative setup with you at the quote stage, and we specify which certified body carries the training if OPCO/CPF funding is requested.
Choosing Catalia is not just choosing AI training.
It is choosing a partner who can make AI understandable, useful, and ready to put to work inside your organization.
Expertise already proven in real settings
We have worked with more than 130 companies since 2022 and trained more than 5,000 people on AI in 2025.
Our teams have logged more than 10,000 hours of hands-on AI work, close to the tools, to real cases, and to the questions companies actually ask.
Training built for your real challenges
Our training is built to move people forward, not to impress.
We help your teams grasp the fundamentals, spot the use cases that matter, test real cases, and make progress methodically, at your maturity level.
Very high learner satisfaction
The quality of the learning experience is central to how we work.
Our programs score an NPS of +76, a sign of how satisfied learners are and how often they recommend us.
Formats tuned to your context
1- or 2-day training, awareness sessions, workshops, bespoke sessions: we build programs tuned to your organization, your teams, and your objectives, to support a gradual, practical adoption of AI.
After the training, clarify your AI strategy
Your teams understand AI. Now, how do you bring it in so it actually pays off? A Catalia engagement helps you find the real drivers, prioritize the right projects, and build a realistic roadmap.
AI audit
Take stock of your maturity, identify 10–20 relevant use cases, and build a roadmap tuned to your context.

Beyond the assessment, build a clear 2-to-3-year view with governance, organization, and a step-by-step rollout.
Discuss your visionThe questions we hear most often
My teams have already tried AI, they don't need this.
Trying ChatGPT and making it a productive part of how the team works are two different things. The training turns "I tried it" into "I know when to use it, how to keep it safe, and which tasks to hand off to it."
We don't have time to pull the teams away for 1 or 2 days.
We tune the format to your pace: per-team sessions, in person or remote, half-days or full days. The short-term productivity hit usually pays for itself in under 2 weeks, through the new habits people put in place.
Your training isn't Qualiopi-certified.
Our courses run through partner organizations that are Qualiopi-certified, so they stay eligible for OPCO funding. Our own certification is under review. The administrative side is handled, and it's included in the quote.
