2. Brand name
"Catalia" (formerly "Darksab") is a brand name used by Designta. All services sold under this brand (audit, consulting, training, keynotes, and coaching) are provided by Designta under this legal notice and its Terms of Sale.

Designta is registered as a training provider with the DREETS of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes under activity registration number 84630656863. This registration does not constitute approval by the French State within the meaning of article L. 6352-12 of the French Labor Code.
Qualiopi certification: Designta is in the process of obtaining Qualiopi certification. Until the certificate is granted, training programs may be delivered under a partnership with organizations that already hold Qualiopi certification, which act as the administrative sponsor and ensure the programs qualify for public and pooled funding (OPCO, CPF, the employer's skills development plan). This arrangement is common in the professional training sector and follows the French National Quality Framework (Référentiel National Qualité).

All content on the catalia.fr website (text, structure, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, illustrations, videos, and source code) is the exclusive property of Designta or its licensors. This content is protected by copyright, trademark law, and, more broadly, by French and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, display, modification, publication, transmission, or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means, without Designta's prior written consent, is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
