Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the catalia.fr website (the "Site") by any visitor (the "User"). By accessing the Site, the User accepts these Terms. Users who do not accept them should leave the Site.
These Terms cover use of the Site only. The publisher's identity is set out in the Legal notice. The terms that apply to services sold under the Catalia brand are set out in the Terms of Sale. How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy policy.
1. Access to the Site
Access to the Site is free and unrestricted. Designta works to keep the Site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Designta may suspend, withdraw, or change all or part of the Site at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance, security, or updates. Designta cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the Site.
2. Prohibited conduct
The User agrees not to use the Site:
- To carry out any unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory activity, or any activity that infringes the rights of others.
- To transmit, host, or distribute any malicious software, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, rootkits, spyware, or any other code designed to harm an information system.
- To collect Site content by automated means (scraping, large-scale crawling) without Designta's prior written consent.
- To embed the Site, in whole or in part, in another service (framing, improper deep-linking) without prior written consent.
- To attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, circumvent security measures, or disrupt how it works.
3. Intellectual property
The content of the Site is protected. The terms governing its reproduction and use are set out in the Legal notice.
4. Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Designta has no control over those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or practices. You may freely link to the Site, provided the link does not harm Catalia's reputation.
5. Changes to the Terms
Designta may change these Terms at any time. The version that applies is the one in force when the Site is accessed. Users should review the Terms regularly.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. For disputes relating to services sold under the Catalia brand, the jurisdiction clause in the Terms of Sale takes precedence.
