These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the catalia.fr site (hereinafter "the Site") by any visitor (hereinafter "the User"). By accessing the Site, the User accepts these Terms. Otherwise, the User is invited to leave the Site.
These Terms cover Site consultation only. The publisher's identity is provided in the Legal notice. The conditions applicable to services marketed under the Catalia brand are in the Terms of Sale. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
1. Site access
Site access is free and open. Designta endeavors to keep the Site continuously accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Designta reserves the right to suspend, remove, or modify all or part of the Site, at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance, security, or evolution reasons. Designta's liability cannot be engaged in case of temporary unavailability of the Site.
2. Prohibited behaviors
The User commits not to use the Site:
- To carry out illegal, fraudulent, defamatory activity, or any activity infringing third-party rights.
- To transmit, host, or distribute any malicious software, including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, keyloggers, rootkits, spyware, or any other code designed to harm an information system.
- To collect Site content in an automated manner (scraping, mass crawling) without Designta's prior written agreement.
- To integrate the Site, in whole or in part, into another service (framing, abusive deep-linking) without prior written agreement.
- To try to access non-public areas of the Site, bypass security measures, or disrupt its operation.
3. Intellectual property
The Site's contents are protected. Reproduction and use conditions are specified in the Legal notice.
4. Hypertext links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. Designta has no control over these sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, availability, or practices. Creating a link pointing to the Site is free, provided it does not damage Catalia's image.
5. Changes to the Terms
Designta may update these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the date of access to the Site. It is the User's responsibility to consult it regularly.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. For disputes related to services sold under the Catalia brand, the jurisdiction clause of the Terms of Sale prevails.
