"Catalia" (formerly "Darksab") is a commercial brand operated by Designta. All services marketed under this brand (audit, consulting, training, keynote, coaching) are delivered by Designta under this legal notice and its Terms of Sale.

Designta is registered as a training body with the DREETS of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes under activity declaration number 84630656863. This registration does not constitute State approval within the meaning of article L. 6352-12 of the French Labor Code.
Qualiopi process: Designta is currently engaged in the Qualiopi certification process. Pending receipt of the certificate, training actions may be delivered through delegation by partner organizations already Qualiopi-certified, which handle the administrative carrying and guarantee eligibility for public and mutualized funding (OPCO, CPF, skills development plan). This modality, common in the professional training sector, is implemented in compliance with the French National Quality Framework.
6. Intellectual property
All elements composing the catalia.fr site — text, structure, graphics, logos, brands, photographs, illustrations, videos, and source code — are the exclusive property of Designta or its licensors. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark law, and more generally by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means, without Designta's prior written consent, is prohibited and constitutes an act of infringement sanctioned by articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
