AI Training for Companies
Grasp artificial intelligence
and move to action in 1 or 2 days
Your teams hear about AI, sometimes test a few tools, but still struggle to turn it into clear, useful usage suited to your organization. A Catalia training sets the right reference points, demystifies AI usage, and anchors the first concrete use cases — bespoke for your SME or mid-market company.
They chose Catalia to step into the age of AI
Understanding AI is good. Knowing how to use it in your daily work is better.
A keynote opens the topic. Training anchors it. By working directly on your functional use cases, your teams walk away with concrete usage, acquired reflexes, and a shared frame — not a slide deck you forget the next day.
Anchored in your reality
Use cases built around your functions, your sector, and your tools — not generic examples.
Practice first
We test, we experiment, we make mistakes together. Learning happens through practice, not theory.
Measurable
Progress is measured in skills acquired, not in immediate satisfaction. What matters is what your teams do differently afterward.
Training co-built with you, around your needs
The 1-day AI training sets the essential foundations to understand AI, identify its concrete uses, and secure the first practices. The 2-day AI training goes further by putting your teams in real situations on their own use cases, to turn understanding into concrete application.
We also design bespoke AI training programs, tuned to functions, maturity level, and the objectives of each organization.

We separate fact from fiction. What AI actually does, what it doesn't, and why that changes everything.
How it works
The principles of generative AI and LLMs explained simply, so people can use them with judgment.
Tool landscape & use cases
The types of tools that exist, how to find your way, and the most common use cases in your sector.
Prompting & first demos
Effective techniques to get genuinely useful answers. First attempts under real conditions.
Rights & duties
Ethics, GDPR, data security: the best practices and the risks to keep in mind every day.
Recap & first paths
A look back at what was learned, open questions, and first concrete paths to test the very next day.
Day 2, Level 2 (2-day format)
Experimentation & anchoring
Recap of Day 1 & questions
What surfaced overnight, the open questions, and what we will dig into today.
Advanced prompting
Advanced techniques tuned to your functions: roles, constraints, prompt chains. We drill until it works.
Experimentation on your real use cases
Each participant works on their own functional topics. We support, correct, and surface the right usage.
Drills & iterations

Demanding, concrete training, anchored in the field
Choosing Catalia is not just choosing AI training. It is choosing a partner who can make AI understandable, useful, and activable in the real world of your organization.
We have worked with more than 130 companies since 2022 and trained more than 5,000 people on AI in 2025. Our teams have logged more than 10,000 hours of AI usage, in contact with the tools, the concrete cases, and the questions companies actually ask themselves.
Our training is not designed to impress — it is designed to make people progress. We help your teams understand the fundamentals, spot the relevant uses, test concrete cases, and move forward with method, at your maturity level.
Training experience quality sits at the core of our approach. Our programs show an NPS of +76, reflecting a high level of satisfaction and recommendation.
Our approach
Training built
for your organization
Before designing anything, we start by understanding your real context: your sector, your functions, your tools, your starting level. The goal is simple — every participant recognizes themselves in the examples and walks away with usage that fits them.
- A scoping conversation to surface the real need, not just the stated request
- Use cases built around your functional profiles and your sector
- A technical level tuned to your starting point — not too simple, not too complex
- In person or remote, depending on your constraints and your organization
- At the end of the training, a recommendation on the next step based on observed progress
Training is a step.
Not an end in itself.
The Catalia philosophy: every session fits inside a progressive path. We don't do one-shots. At the end of the training, we recommend a follow-up suited to where you actually stand.
To anchor over time
Experimentation workshops
4 half-days through the year to support your teams progressively on concrete use cases, with measurement of progress at each step.
For the executive
Executive AI coaching
Go deeper on the strategic stakes one-on-one. Understand the implications for your organization and make the right decisions before scaling.
To structure usage
Strategic support
An audit of your usage, an AI roadmap, and bespoke support to move from individual understanding to organized rollout.
At the end of the training, Catalia shares a concrete recommendation on the next steps based on your context and observed progress.
Catalia supported us without the BS. Clear, direct, anchored in our reality. Today our teams are autonomous and we see the results in daily work.
The 1-day training (Level 1) sets the basics: understanding generative AI, the tools, common use cases, best practices, and the ethical and regulatory frame. The 2-day training goes further: Day 2 is fully dedicated to experimentation on your real use cases, with concrete drills and building an individual action plan. For more advanced organizations, Day 2 can be oriented toward deeper experiments.
Any team that wants to adopt AI concretely and methodically. Whether you are managers, individual contributors, project leads, or support functions, the training adapts to your starting level. No need to have used AI tools before: we start from zero if needed. It also fits organizations that have already started and want to structure their usage.
The training works well with 8 to 20 participants. Below that, we can push personalization further. Above that, we prefer splitting into groups to keep the quality of exchanges and hands-on exercises high. We tune the format to your organizational constraints.
Yes. Our training is available in person and remotely. The in-person format favors exchange and group dynamics, especially on Day 2 with the hands-on exercises. The remote version is fully feasible and effective for distributed or hybrid teams. We adapt the flow to the chosen format.
Every training starts with a scoping conversation. We identify your sector, your functions, your existing tools, your maturity level, and your specific stakes. Examples, use cases, and exercises are then built or tuned accordingly. The goal: every participant recognizes themselves in what they test.
The training is not an end in itself. To close, we share a readout of what was learned and a clear recommendation on the next step: quarterly experimentation workshops, executive coaching, strategic support. We start from where you actually stand to propose the step that fits best, without skipping ahead.
With deep rigor. In 2025, only 15 trainers were selected out of more than 500 applications. Every one of them goes through a 50-hour certification before running a Catalia session. We select profiles that combine field AI expertise, solid pedagogical experience, and the ability to adapt their language to the realities of your organization.
Catalia (brand operated by Designta EURL) is currently undergoing Qualiopi certification. While we wait for the certificate, our training actions can be delivered through partner organizations already Qualiopi-certified, which handle the administrative carriage and guarantee eligibility for public and mutualized funding (OPCO, skills-development plan). This setup, common in the French professional training sector, is implemented in line with the National Quality Framework.
Concretely: we validate the administrative setup with you at the quote stage, and we specify which certified body carries the training if OPCO/CPF funding is requested.
Choosing Catalia is not just choosing AI training.
It is choosing a partner who can make AI understandable, useful, and activable in the real world of your organization.

Discuss your visionThe questions we hear most often
My teams have already tried AI, they don't need this.
Trying ChatGPT and structuring productive functional usage are two different things. The training turns "I tried it" into "I know when to use it, how to secure it, and which tasks to delegate to it."
We don't have time to mobilize the teams for 1 or 2 days.
Format tuned to your pace: per-team sessions, in person or remote, half-days or full days. The immediate productivity hit is usually paid back in under 2 weeks by the new uses people put in place.
Your training isn't Qualiopi-certified.
Our actions are delivered through partner Qualiopi-certified organizations to stay eligible for OPCO funding. Our own certification is under review. Administrative carriage is included in the quote.
