AI assessment for companies
Start on the right foot:
grasp your real need
Before proposing anything, Catalia starts by understanding. The AI assessment is the entry point of every engagement: identify your AI maturity level, the gap between where you stand and where you want to go, and build a support path that genuinely fits your organization.
Interview with the executive
2 to 3 hours to surface the real need behind the stated request
Team member interviews
A few key interviews to cross-check perceptions and field blockers
Team survey
Representative sample to measure the organization's real AI maturity
They chose Catalia to step into the age of AI
What you ask for and what you need: those are not always the same thing.
A client usually shows up with a stated request — "we want AI training" or "we want to roll out tools." Behind it sits a real need: structure usage, defuse resistance, help leadership steer. Catalia's assessment exists to surface that gap before we propose anything.
Listen first
Before we propose, we listen. Not just to the stated request, but to what is really at stake in the organization: tensions, ambitions, real priorities, blockers.
Identify the real need
The gap between where you stand today and where you want to be, measured in AI maturity and skills to develop — not in deliverables to ship.
Propose something concrete
The assessment leads to a tailored path, not a generic offer. Every recommendation is grounded in who you are and where you actually stand.
A structured assessment: 3 steps, 3 deliverables
Catalia follows a rigorous method built on 3 rules: Listen, lean into disagreement (to reach the real picture), and stay Concrete. That is what shifts the posture from trainer to change partner.
The 3 steps
How the assessment unfolds
Interview with the executive — 2 to 3 hours
An in-depth conversation to understand the vision, the strategic stakes, the level of internal AI usage, and the real priorities.
Interviews with a few team members
2 to 4 interviews with key profiles (managers, individual contributors, support functions) to cross-check perceptions and surface field-level blockers and levers.
Survey across a representative sample
A quantitative measurement tool sent to a representative sample, or the full team, to map the organization's real AI maturity.
What you receive
The 3 deliverables
AI usage assessment

3 concrete deliverables, ready to act on

A change partner, not one more trainer
Catalia does not sell a service. We support a change. The difference: the starting point is always your real need — not a catalog offer.
Since 2022, we have worked with more than 130 SMEs and mid-market companies. Our consultants have logged more than 10,000 hours of AI usage alongside organizations. We know the real questions executives ask themselves, the real blockers teams hit, and the levers that actually move things.
The assessment is the concrete translation of our stance: listen before proposing, understand before recommending, measure to progress. That is what sets us apart from a classic consulting firm or a training organization.
Ce qui m'a convaincu, c'est qu'ils ont commencé par écouter. Pas par vendre. Le diagnostic a mis le doigt sur exactement ce dont on avait besoin, et le parcours proposé correspondait à notre réalité terrain.
The assessment exists to surface the gap between what the client asks for and what they actually need. It identifies your AI maturity level, existing usage, blockers and levers inside your organization, and proposes a path that genuinely fits — not a standard offer.
The assessment is bundled into every Catalia engagement and included in the commercial proposal. It can also be requested on its own as an entry point before any commitment, in which case it gets a specific quote. In every case, the goal is to make sure what we propose matches your real need.
The executive interview runs 2 to 3 hours. Team interviews add 2 to 4 sessions. The team survey takes 10 to 15 minutes per person. The full readout with deliverables is shared within 5 to 10 business days depending on the size of the organization.
A classic audit often produces a detailed report on the state of the art and the risks. Our assessment is centered on action: understanding the human and organizational need, measuring the maturity of usage, and landing immediately on an actionable path. We do not hand you a technical document: we propose what you should do first, why, and how.
No. The assessment is yours. If you choose to continue with Catalia, great — that is the strongest possible starting point for a successful engagement. If you prefer to use the deliverables with other partners, that is your right. Our commitment: give you an honest read of your situation and a recommendation grounded in your interest, not ours.
After the assessment, we move forward together
